Refund policy

You can see your finished CV in full before you pay. Paying means you are happy with what you see, so we do not give refunds for a change of mind once you have paid.

Before you pay

• Building, editing and previewing your CV is free.
• The preview shows your whole CV, with the same content and sections as the PDF and Word files you download.
• Read it through before you pay. Check your name, contact details, dates and spelling.

When we will put things right

If something goes wrong on our side, we will fix it, and refund you where that is the right answer. For example:

• You were charged more than once for the same CV.
• You paid, but your files will not download and we cannot fix it.
• The files we produced do not match the preview you approved.

Email hello@cvsorted.co.za from the address you signed up with, and tell us what happened.
